Eight colors represent eight slices. You can set the start position for each slice individually just by moving the colored dots on the sampler’s window. Each sliced area has a plethora of settings, which you can adjust using the parameter cells beneath the sampler. The Slice Sequencer on the upper side of the instrument controls the order of the colored slices. Alternatively, you can also recall slices via MIDI. Lastly, there is a Scene Sequencer to control the sequence of the internal snapshots (8 scenes), thus you are able to make really long and intricate arrangements.
